I protest against this. The only simplified facial expressions that would describe me accurately are either : or :3.

I talked to my boyfriend for nearly 3 years before we met in real life- I went and stayed with him for two months Christmas last year and will be leaving to visit him again soon. Tru wuv, etc.

I've also webcammed/voicechatted with some other people I met through text chatting, but since I live in Australia casual meetups aren't really possible... Oh, I also got stalked once by someone from the 'net. :D

I used to be sick a lot in school and then ask to stay home because I'd missed so much work that I would feel physically sick due to the stress of having to catch up. Physical stuff wasn't as much of a problem, since it was just basically running around, but actual work and assignments being due after I'd been hospitalised for weeks and unable to work on anything was a bit awful.

I'm cleaning up the Review section since it hasn't had much action in a while. Feel free to resubmit this when you get back to working on it. :)

I don't have it bookmarked per se- it appears in my "most visited/regularly visited pages" on Google Chrome, so I'm a little torn as to what to put that down as. Usually I navigate here via typing "fi" in the search bar and hitting Enter. :P

Inadvertently, yes. I wish I didn't, but there you go. My style of dress and personality tend to be memorable by most, if not likable. :P

I'm not really angry, and in fact would prefer not to re-make my point over and over, but I wish you'd actually use quotes to quote people instead of subtly changing what they said. I'm sure if you gave me carte blanche to search the entire population of the world I could find a hundred pre-teens, or people around the age of 12-14 perhaps, that are exactly that stupid. I'm not saying that other age groups aren't equally prone, though.

I don't dislike younger people on principle at all. Pseudo does, somewhat, but that's not really my thing. I dislike people who lack rationality, which is something that transcends age boundaries. I also dislike people picking fights over things that were literally typed with no intention of being unnecessarily cruel to anyone. That being said, I've never seen an adult on this website behave in the way that multiple 12 to 14 year olds have in the negative sense. I've seen a few nice, pleasant younger people, but sadly they are well outstripped by their less intellectually gifted peers.

I'm glad you ended up deciding against the "aura" system, because I'd rather the temperaments were still characterised in a similar way as here, but one of the good things about the auras (in visual terms- without the current facial expressions that they mimic) is that they wouldn't lead to people misusing them as "emoticons" or whatever, or saying "I'm feeling really today!! >:(" which is kind of irritating for me personally...

However, I think rating your own posts is something which won't really catch on. I guess if you made it *optional* I wouldn't actively oppose it, but anything that is just one more thing to do before I publish my thoughts makes me more likely to say "Uh... On second thoughts, this isn't a very good post -- I should probably not even bother pressing Submit." and wander off to go do something which doesn't force me to be judged in every single way. Or something.

Incredibly pale and disappointingly prone to getting sunburn. So most of my skin is pale, but I have rosy cheeks ;_;
