Could be useful, I recently use it to keep track of new released manga and other stuff.
I'd like to see an RSS feed option at the new site, I really do.

I agree with Ribbit. You should make your own views of books and you should respect the visions of others. I have read a lot of books and enjoyed most of them.
A few of my friends have read the same books as me and some liked the books and others didn't.

Some authors who's books I liked:
Terry Goodkind: 'The Sword of Truth' series and also his novel 'The Law of Nines'
Darren Shan: 'Cirque du Freak' saga, 'The Demonata' saga and 'The saga of Larten Crepsley' series
J.K. Rowling: Harry Potter
Diane Duane: the 'Young Wizards' series

I love the fantasy genre, and all of these books mentioned above have a lot of elements in it.

I also read a few books in other languages ('The Law of Nine' is one of them but I read this one in English and for myself. My native language is Dutch)
Some of the books I read in other languages were for school (In French):
One of them was a book full of short stories and another one was about the second World War (I don't know the titles of these books).
I didn't like the first one but the second one was surprisingly good and well written (But it still was strange to me to read with a dictionary lying next to me).

Count me in.
Seems like a lot of fun and also challenging.
Uh, do you have names and genders for the characters in mind or may we give them names ourself?
I guess the character introduction will be at the end of this forum game (so at the beginning of the story).

EDIT: To bad we aren't allowed to keep it on FigHunter, I still want to participate.
you can already find me under the same name (with capital this time: Nerosro).

I also didn't recognize him but when I looked in the people encyclopaedia (like it says in the game) and checked the old 'dead' Steele with the person who looks like him (forgot his name), it seems that some of his stats (like element and type of fighting) matched those of Steele.
But it does seem that Mardek didn't recognize him or Emela but remember it is a few years after Emela left the royal guard. You tend to forget faces you don't see for a few year, that and Emela was sort of disguised. She might even had a spell on her which hid her identity (seems logical doesn't it?)
Still Emela did recognized Mardek.

Rating Orb nerosro, True Neutral Programmer – joined 7 years ago The Killing Line..XXX.XXX6 years ago
If people don't want to kill other beings they have to sit or lay still for the rest of there life (not that it will be long that way).
They cannot eat meat because it means you have to let someone kill an animal so you can eat it. I'm sure that vegetables or fruit don't think but they have to live or else they wouldn't grow and harvesting them would mean killing them.
And what about the shoes you wear, are they made of leather?
If you walk around outside you can be sure that you step on a few ants or other little bugs that didn't get away fast enough, and everybody has smashed that annoying mosquito that kept you awake at night.
There are religions that wear masks to cover there mouths so bugs don't fly in and don't go outside without a broom to swipe the street in front of them to make sure they don't step on bugs (I think it were conservative Jews). Living like this isn't possible for businessman who have to rush (can you imagine the picture?) and while driving a car, a lot of animals, mostly bugs, have been killed.
But we aren't the only ones who kill, other animals kill as well, like tigers and snakes and even ants have profit of other death insects.

In short we cannot live without killing others, and I didn't even mention the bacteria.
You can only adapt yourself by switching your daily actions, becoming a vegetarian, don't kill unnecessary, and I can go on.
Or you can start living with the fact that we live because we kill.
If we wouldn't kill we won't be able to live very long, without the clothing, buildings and medicine we are as vulnerable as other animals, maybe even more (I don't know about you bet I don't have claws and fangs or a camouflaging skin like animals and cannot lift 3 times my own weight like ants).

I did changed recently with killing animals/bugs, I used to smash every fly I saw in the house but now I only kill flies and bugs on my own room,
and even try to get "lost" flies back outside, which is a big change for me.

Good thing you asked if you may look at the coding. My guess is that some people don't even bother to ask and just copy the coding from a site where someone else spend a lot of time making it.
It shows you have respect for the creator of these forums.
I think it's a good way to look at some smaller and more simple forums and increase your knowledge about making forums. You could also make one yourself with the oldest method there is (trial and error)
That way you learn a lot more than just coping. Also looking around the Internet can help, searching for tutorials, shortcuts to do something a bit faster etc.
Thrust in your own skills and don't be afraid of asking for help and you will make a forum of your own. And maybe someday I will find your forums on the Internet
Good luck with the programming

It really looks like members on fig hunter are the only ones who still know how to spell. (just like David s said) I also agree that you should have asked Pseudolonewolf first before creating this page.
It doesn't look like it attracted a lot of attention yet, but I hope it will change.
I don't have a Facebook account because I'm against it (you'll lose all your privacy if you don't look out.)

You might add a link on the home page which directs to FigHunter to let others know about this site.
You already did on the info page but I don't think a lot of people are going to look for it over there, I can be wrong since I don't have facebook and I don't know how others use it.
But still I hope it will turn out to be something good.
Good luck.

like David s said it will not stop the war any sooner but it is a good reason to end the war.
I'm also concerning the fact that they dumped his body in the sea. In the Belgium papers today it already appears that they used a false picture.
I think it's just a stunt to promote Obama so he will be re-elected (not that I am against him) it's just a bit to much coincident that they find him now that his ruling period (don't know if it is called this way)
is coming to an end.
Today I also heard something about Bin Laden planted a nuclear bomb in Europe that will go off when he was killed. Since I live in Europe and I don't know whether it's true or not so I'm a bit concerned about this.
Unfortunately I also can't seem to find something about the bomb so I cannot verify whether it's true or not.

Rating Orb nerosro, True Neutral Programmer – joined 7 years ago Animus should have Inversion: Aether and Karnos should always use Elemental Shift..XXX.XXX7 years ago
I agree, Karnos already is a really challenging boss, for some reason I had a not much trouble with Animus. I guess that is because of the element change which only Karnos can do.
It is really annoying when he change to the fig element because than he doesn't have any weaknesses (which happened with me, he switched between light and fig so Mardek couldn't help a lot since he would heal him when he was light and had 100% defense against light during his fig state).
The badge at Kongregate isn't just awarded when you defeat Karnos and Animus. You also need to complete all the arena battles (in group and solo) and I have more problems with the arena than with the super bosses because half of my party wasn't trained and I've put them aside to continue with my strong party which made it easier to defeat the bosses.
I just read on Fig Hunter Wiki that Karnos cannot shift into Thauma, if he could it would be interesting to see what he could do.
But still there is no need to make him even more stronger like almost everybody here says.

Rating Orb nerosro, True Neutral Programmer – joined 7 years ago Hey..XXX.XXX7 years ago
At first I was doubting if I should write something here because I'm a bit shy (due to my temperament), but I convinced myself to do so to not become a lurking member (which happens a lot with me on other sites).
I'm trying to change my attitude (of being a lurker) and become an active member who will be seen over time on other forums on this site.( I don't know if I succeed in doing that)
So thanks for welcoming me Rating Orb david s and I hope to see you again on the forums
